Motorola has started preparations to launch their upcoming Motorola Moto G22 smartphone in the market. The phone has already received approval from multiple certification sites and is also listed on the Geekbench benchmarking site. Pictures of the four color variants of the Motorola Moto G22 have also been released recently. And now a new report has revealed detailed information about the high resolution renders of this Moto phone as well as the specification of the upcoming device.

According to a report by Winfuture.de, the Motorola Moto G22 will feature a 6.53-inch OLED display with 720 x 1,600 pixels HD + resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate. The report also reveals the official image of the Moto G22, with a punch-hole for a selfie camera in the center of the device’s display, and a narrow bezel on the three sides of the phone, while the bottom bezel is relatively thick.
For photography, the front of the phone will feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera, capable of recording full HD resolution video. The rear panel camera unit will include a 50-megapixel primary camera with f / 1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultraviolet lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 2-megapixel macro lens. Motorola’s famous Batwing logo can also be seen on the back panel.
The Motorola Moto G22 will use the MediaTek Helio G36 processor and will have 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. However, the handset will also have a microSD card slot for storage expansion. It is expected that this Motorola phone will run on the latest Android 12 based custom skin. For security, it will also have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Above all, for power backup, the Moto G22 will come with a 5 mAh battery with 10 watt charging support. This smartphone will support 5G connectivity. The handset is expected to be the successor to the Moto G20 handset launched last year. No information has been released about the price and availability of Motorola Moto G22 yet. Most likely, it will be launched sometime this month. In some markets, a rebranded version of this device will be launched under the name Lenovo K15 +.
